Gender bias is an allude to the social preference for one sex or gender over the other. The reason for the gender bias/gender injustice/violence are sometime conscious practices the remaining are unconscious. There is no association between gender and how good or bad a person is, person’s characteristics are NOT linked with sex genes. For example, there are cruel mothers and good mothers everywhere, same is applicable for fathers too. Every individual’s behavior is associated with their mindset, emotions, brought-up, attitude, nothing to do with gender in my opinion. Women and men both need to be represented across the lines equal. Only then the life will go forward. We make each other better. Diversity also key. Women all over the world must feel that, their voice is heard always both in the family circumstances and in the workplace (society as a whole as well).
In a neutral ground both male and female both are of them belongs to the same race. Both male and female, they differ to some extent of biological and psychological features, but both of highly dependent on each other in the social eco system.
